4 Elements retreat with Orpheus

The 4 Elements retreat was truly a transformative experience.  The magic of the land we shared, the energy co-created by the participants, and your experience, presence, guidance and vision helped me overcome old patterns and find new spaces of inspiration and discipline.  Being in such a pristine setting with high-vibrational people, activities and nourishment gave me the support I needed to turn my passions into daily practices and renewed my commitment to living in love and awareness.  Not only was it a healing experience, but it was immensely fun and enlivening.  I found myself with a heightened curiosity about the mysteries of life while simultaneously being able to dissolve into everything from afternoon walks to evening dances.  The ease and balance with which you flowed from an experienced leader to a loving friend was inspiring and heart-warming.  Incorporating a shamanic journey helped me to process the experience of the retreat on a much deeper level and helped me reconnect to the wisdom of my ancestors and guides. Overall, I couldn't have dreamed up a better experience.  As most everyone I spoke with agreed, I would have gladly stayed longer.  Thank you so much for sharing yourself and the wisdom you let flow with us. The 4 Elements retreat was definitely the highlight of my vacation. I enjoyed every moment of the retreat, felt constant gratitude and awe. Now, after being to our retreat, I know that this was the reason why I had to visit Costa RicaThank you so much for the retreat. 
I really enjoyed the reality you created for us - the wonderful lush nature inside the ancient volcano, the invigorating tai chi and Qi gong practices, the fresh 100% raw food menu, the healing treatments, the heartwarming evening gatherings, the mystical soul journey, the beautiful and open people that gathered to your retreat and how you lovingly and attentively held everything and everyone together. 
I still get frequent flashbacks of the retreat. The Qi gong practices at the serene river with the avatar rock were truly wonderful. The evening dances and especially the angle walk was an amazing experience. I am also very grateful for meeting the wonderful people and for the open and healing talks we had with each other. 
Also, your treatments... thank you for the treatments. After the acupuncture I felt as if my spine was twice as long and very straight, I felt overwhelmingly free and empowered. And after the open heart surgery :) extraordinarily warm and loving feelings came over me. My friends and colleagues have complemented me on the fresh and healthy look I have since coming back from the vacation, your treatments have a big part in it. 
The thing that continues to impress me the most is your presence, you are one of the most beautiful persons I have met in my life. I wish I had such a presence, peace and kindness one day...

I had very few expectations when I entered into this 4 elements retreat. I actually felt out of sorts and wondered why I was going.
The universe has landed me exactly where I needed WITH a person who energetically held space and loved so mightily with a reach deep into the earth and into all its wonders.
I trusted and felt safe in your presence and just surrendered to the opportunity to allow myself to mold into a space you created for us to delve into.
I let go of the core practice I rely on while we practiced this week as a means of testing whatever teachings you imparted. At the end of the week I enjoyed feeling stronger and balanced in a different way.
All of the practices we did we're fascinating. I so enjoyed the strength you imparted in such a gentle manner, the guidance and simplicity interwoven with fierce but internal complexity and intensity. I have immense respect and awe for all your being, and the possibilities you open and unravel - intimate and sacred knoweldge and wisdom. I especially appreciate the ground and thoughtfulness you held for us as a group and individually on our journeys. I felt deeply honored by the journey you guided us through, as well as the release and clarity from the session with you. I'm beyond grateful and feel blessed to have met you immediately as a arrive in Costa Rica and begin my journey. You have really shown me the possibility of loving, sharing, giving, and offering in the space available here to us, today. You really brought the life out in me and allowed me to feel safe to wander, sing, breathe, love, and offer in a way I otherwise wouldn't have. Because of this retreat I'm clear, focused, on track, enabled, and open-hearted on a new level.
Thank you Ophir, thank you deeply. you are a transformational healer. I love you so much, and look forward to crossing paths.

Reflections of 4 elements retreat - I have been to many retreats. First time with the combination of Tai chi and raw food. The setting is beautiful with hills and untouched nature, rivers. Walking to get around from my comfortable tent, to river, to main house was good excercise which got me in better shape. I enjoyed especially being in the river at mid day to cool down. Ophir held space for the group in a brilliant way. having clear time and intentions for the group meetings and also having time for individual consultations. he is living what he is teaching, being very inspiring. Shifting from structure, discipline to playful dance andsinging.The shamanic journey was also given to us which took us deeper into our own wisdom.Erik is also living his teachings with his passion and curiousity for plants and nature. Always willing to share. I feel refreshed, more sensitive and grounded after the retreat. And the way we were grounded created a great group dynamic. Thanks!

Treatments

I waned to thank you with all my heart. your treatment brought immense improvement in my condition.
For three years I suffered from Chronic lower back pain. it didn't leave me ,day and night continuously felt it. it deteriorated my lifestyle. I stopped playing sports and other activities I loves (like dancing or ocean swimming). At night I couldn't sleep properly and the pain was always there.
I walked tired, depressed and hopeless. I didn'!t want to take a surgical operation, knowing it is not always successful.
I came to see you after trying many different methods.
Improvement Came very quickly. immediately after first treatment I slept a full night without pains!
after few sessions I got rid of pain completely! I returned to do my sports, sleep smoothly at night, dance with joy.
I feel that my life came back to me!!!

Shamanic/ soul Journey

It was really wonderful to meet you. The shamanic journeying workshop at geo-paradise, Panama, is definitely one of the highlights of our journey. I appreciate you, the space that you hold, and what you offer to the universe. You are an inspiration, and I do hope that our paths cross again in the future.
